DVP’s offices serve the community associations located in the Delaware County suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. The operating area stretches out from Philadelphia all over southeastern PA – from Reading, Allentown and Doylestown to Wilmington, Newark and West Chester to the Main Line Suburbs such as Bala Cynwyd, Haverford, Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Wayne, and Devon.
“I have been a resident of Knollwood Court for about ten years and recently became more active in the requests for improvements in the community. After working with Debbie Faye for well over two years and when nothing was being accomplished I began to attend the monthly Board Meetings just so I could express my concerns. There was never any follow-up after the meetings thus requiring me to attend the next month’s meeting to see if the issues were addressed. This was an uncomfortable situation for a resident to be in as I am sure I was looked upon as a complainer and my attendance was not well received. When Chris Davis was assigned to our community I immediately sent him a long list of problems that I had addressed with the Board but were never resolved. His response to my email was immediate. I then attended the Board meeting to meet Chris and was delighted to see someone who was able to conduct a meeting in a professional manner and who welcomed the voice of a resident. Within a very short time frame all of the items on my list were resolved and each time I was notified by Chris. What a pleasure it is to work with him….he has done more for our community in the short time he has been here than the past two managers did in several years! I not only speak for myself but also for the many other residents on Knollwood Court who are pleased with all the recent improvements that have been over looked for several years. We all look forward to working with Chris and continuing with the ongoing projects……for years this community has been over looked and it is such a great community to live in.
